A secure way for active clients to send sequencing data to NS Bio and collect completed results, on our own encrypted UK infrastructure. Access is invite-only and opened at the start of a project.

Two secure areas, one sign-in

Active clients exchange data with NS Bio through two areas, both reached with the same secure sign-in:

Upload area
Send sequencing data to NS Bio at transfer.ns-bio.co.uk. Uploads are resumable and handle datasets up to 50 GB, so a large run survives an interrupted connection rather than starting over.
Results area
Collect completed deliverables at results.ns-bio.co.uk. Open a project and download results file by file, or pull a whole batch as a single zip.

Getting access

Access is invite-only, and there is no public sign-up. At the start of a project we add your named email address (or addresses) to the allowlist. To sign in, you request a one-time passcode, which is sent to that email; entering it gives you access to your upload and results areas for that session. One client’s data is never visible to another.

How your data is handled

Everything is stored and processed on infrastructure NS Bio owns and operates in the United Kingdom, encrypted at rest, with no client data leaving the estate. Every upload and download is recorded on our side for audit. Sign-in and traffic are carried over an encrypted connection through Cloudflare, which terminates that connection at its edge before the request reaches our infrastructure.
